6 Days 5 Nights: Hanoi, Halong, Da Nang, Ba Na Hills & Hoi An Tour

Day 1: Hanoi Arrival & Half-Day City Tour

Arrival & Airport Transfer: Upon arrival at Noi Bai International Airport (HAN), a private driver will transfer you to your hotel in Hanoi.
Check-in & Lunch: Check in to your hotel and have lunch at a local restaurant.
Afternoon City Tour: In the afternoon, begin your half-day city exploration.
Visit the Temple of Literature (Văn Miếu - Quốc Tử Giám), Vietnam's first national university.
Explore the vibrant Hoan Kiem Lake and the nearby Ngoc Son Temple.
Finish the tour with a cyclo tour around the bustling Hanoi Old Quarter to soak in the atmosphere.
Evening: Enjoy dinner with local Vietnamese cuisine. Consider watching a traditional Water Puppet Show (optional) near the lake.

Day 2: Hanoi to Halong Bay (Overnight Cruise)

Morning (Departure to Halong Bay):
8:00 AM - 8:30 AM: You will be picked up from your hotel in the Old Quarter by the cruise's shuttle bus or private transfer.
The transfer to Tuan Chau Harbour in Halong Bay takes around 2.5-3 hours via the new highway.
Noon (Embarkation & Cruise):
Arrive at the harbor around noon and board the cruise ship.
Enjoy a welcome drink and safety briefing. A gourmet lunch will be served as the cruise sails into the stunning Halong or Lan Ha Bay.
Afternoon (Activities):
The cruise program typically includes activities such as kayaking, swimming, or visiting a cave or a secluded beach (activities vary by cruise).
Evening:
Enjoy a cooking demonstration or a sunset party on the sundeck.
Dinner is served onboard. Relax in the evening, try squid fishing, or enjoy the peaceful bay views.

Day 3: Halong Bay - Noi Bai Airport - Da Nang

Morning (Halong Bay & Disembarkation):
Start your day with a Tai Chi session on the sundeck.
Enjoy a light breakfast or brunch as the cruise heads back to the harbor.
Check out of your cabin around 10:00 AM and disembark around 11:30 AM - 12:00 PM.
Afternoon (Transfer & Flight to Da Nang):
Transfer directly from the harbor to Noi Bai International Airport (HAN) in Hanoi (approx. 3 hours drive).
Take a domestic flight from Hanoi (HAN) to Da Nang (DAD). The flight takes about 1 hour 15 minutes.
Evening (Da Nang Arrival):
Upon arrival at Da Nang Airport, a private driver will transfer you to your hotel in Da Nang.
Check in, have dinner, and relax for the evening.

Day 4: Ba Na Hills & Golden Hand Bridge

Full Day Tour: After breakfast, travel to the famous Ba Na Hills (approx. 45 minutes drive from Da Nang city center).
Take the world-renowned cable car system up the mountain, enjoying breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.
Visit the iconic Golden Hand Bridge (Cầu Vàng), a spectacular bridge held up by two giant stone hands.
Explore the French Village, a recreation of a medieval French town.
Visit the Le Jardin D'Amour gardens, the Linh Ung Pagoda, and the Fantasy Park for entertainment and games.
Evening:
Return to Da Nang city in the late afternoon.
Dinner and overnight stay in Da Nang.

Day 5: Da Nang - Coconut Village - Hoi An (Overnight in Hoi An)

Morning (Da Nang Exploration): After breakfast and hotel check-out, visit the Marble Mountains (Ngũ Hành Sơn), five limestone and marble hills with caves and temples.
Noon (Coconut Village): Head towards Hoi An. Stop at the Cam Thanh Coconut Village.
Experience a fun basket boat ride (thuyền thúng) through the water coconut groves, often accompanied by traditional fishing performances and crab catching activities.
Afternoon (Hoi An Arrival & Exploration):
Transfer to your hotel in Hoi An Ancient Town and check in.
Spend the afternoon exploring the UNESCO World Heritage Ancient Town. Key sites include the Japanese Covered Bridge, old merchant houses, and vibrant markets.
Evening: Enjoy the magical atmosphere of Hoi An at night, illuminated by thousands of colorful lanterns. Have dinner at a riverside restaurant.

Day 6: Hoi An - Da Nang Airport (Departure)

Morning (Hoi An at Leisure):
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast at your hotel.
You have free time for last-minute souvenir shopping, visiting a tailor to have clothes made, or simply relaxing by the beach or pool.
Afternoon (Departure):
Check out from your hotel (usually around noon).
A private driver will transfer you from Hoi An to Da Nang International Airport (DAD) for your departure flight. The drive takes approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.
